Complete Medical Care for Your Pet

Regular visits and check-ups with Clarksville Animal Hospital means your pets stay healthy longer, and small healthcare concerns get caught before they can turn into larger problems. Our family owned and operated veterinary clinic offers a complete line of medical care, including dental, radiology, therapeutic lasers, and surgical care.

Check Ups and Wellness Visits

Ensure your pet or animal is in great shape with a medical assessment from our staff. We’ll look at every aspect of your pet, including their eyes, ears, and skin and check their cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurological, and skeletal systems for abnormalities or other concerns.

We’re also able to perform blood and urine tests to check more specific aspects of your pets health, including their kidneys, liver, pancreas, thyroid, glands, and other aspects of their endocrine system. Depending on your concerns and your pet’s condition, we may recommend additional tests to get to the root of any symptoms they may be experiencing.

After the assessment, we’ll give you a detailed report of your pet’s health, and can arrange for any treatment your pet could need.

Whether you’re concerned about your pet’s health, or want to make sure they’re still healthy, schedule a medical assessment with our staff today. We work with all small animals, including birds and exotic pets.

Dental Care and Teeth Cleanings

Does your dog or cat have bad breath? Trouble eating, or other problems with their teeth? Many dogs and cats go without regular dental care, and need help to keep their dental health in check.

Clarksville Animal Hospital evaluates dental health and offers cleanings to keep decay at bay and keep their teeth and gums healthy.

Common signs that your pet may need dental care include:
  • Yellow or brown buildup (tartar) on the teeth
  • Red, swollen, or bleeding gums
  • Bad breath
  • Excessive drooling
  • Changes in eating or chewing habits
  • Pawing at the face
  • Loose teeth
  • Depression
After the exam and cleaning, we can review tips for brushing their teeth at home and combatting plaque, tartar, and harmful buildups of bacteria.

In-House X-Rays and Radiology

From broken bones to other health issues, x-rays are a noninvasive way for us to understand your pet’s health. Used in conjunction with other tools and diagnostics, x-rays help us pinpoint any problems they may face – from helping us locate ingested materials to the spot to place a cast or splint.

Our technicians will take digital x-rays of your pet, and can send these records to other practices, clinics, specialists, or offices for continued care of your pet. Call Clarksville Animal Hospital today for an appointment with our radiology team.

Endocrinology, Glands, and Hormone Imbalances
